Historic Contract Negotiation: As President, Carmen and the executive board negotiated a six-year contract delivering a 28% total pay increase, demonstrating her ability to secure real improvements in wages and benefits.
Member Advocacy: Throughout her leadership, Carmen has stood up for every member by ensuring transparency, open communication, and fairness. She listens to members and fights for what we deserve.
